Dominika:
Oh, yes! I love speaking to clients, I love searching for candidates that are impossible to find, I love guiding and developing my candidates and in the end I love helping my candidates change their jobs. Easy, right? 🙂
Tomasz:
IT is in my blood. Already as a kid I was decomposing an atari computer trying to understand how that machine works. Ever since IT is what I do and I enjoy it most of the time (unless there is a bug I cannot solve!).
I have worked as a Developer, Project Manager and IT Manager/Director and feel what is meant and needed.
Dominika:
D: In other words, this combination of experience makes us a strong team that really understands our clients needs.
Tomasz:
I have also worked as a Hiring Manager for many years and trust me I have high standards. Our clients feel taken care of and hiring has never been that easy for them.

Exactly, we like doing things our way. We have both worked in various companies and we have a pretty good feeling about what works and what needs to be done in a certain way.
Tomasz:
We don’t compromise – every aspect of our business is of high quality as that is what we would expect as customers. I know how important those little things are that are pieces to the bigger picture.
Life can be pretty unpredictable
Being parents of three boys taught us that life can be pretty unpredictable and you need to adjust – sometimes everyday. Having the comfort of flexibility makes us not only a better recruiter or entrepreneur but also a better mom and dad.
And that is the most important thing in life – having the right balance between family and doing meaningful tasks.
