FULL FOCUS ON YOU

Coaching that starts with solutions

One-on-one coaching for leaders, experts, and teams – delivered with the Erickson method, to ICF standards, by a coach with years of hands-on management experience.

You're not short on knowledge

You're short on space to sort it out

01.

You're competent.

You make dozens of decisions a week, solve other people’s problems, carry projects forward. And yet some topics have been coming back for months.

02.

Too much distracts.

Decisions get postponed. Priorities multiply. The things that matter most don’t always get the space they deserve.

03.

You don't need more.

Outside advice no longer works – because at your level there are no simple answers. What works is a good conversation: one in which someone, fully focused on you, helps you reach your own answers. That is coaching.

Sometimes the answer isn't advice.

It's having a space to find your own.

Coaching is not advisory

And that's exactly why it works.

Coaching is a structured process of conversations in which the coach – through questions, not advice – helps you work out your own solutions and turn them into action. The solutions are yours, which is why they stay with you long after the process ends.

To be clear, coaching is NOT:

  • Advisory – you don’t get ready-made solutions; you develop your own.
  • Mentoring – you don’t learn “how I did it”; you discover how you want to do it.
  • Therapy – we don’t work on healing or the past; we work on goals and the future.
  • Consulting – I don’t tell you what I think about your problem; you create your own options.

The Erickson method

Solution-focused coaching.

I work with the method of Erickson Coaching International – one of the oldest and most recognized coaching schools in the world (over 45 years of experience, 75,000 graduates in 179 countries, winner of the ICF Distinguished Coaching Education Provider 2024 award).

The solution-focused approach rests on five premises about people:

  1. People are OK as they are.
  2. Everyone already has the resources they need to change.
  3. Behind every behavior there is a positive intention.
  4. People make the best choices available to them at any given moment.
  5. Change is inevitable.

In practice, this means that instead of spending months analyzing “why things are bad,” we work on “what exactly it should look like” – and build the path to the goal from resources you already have. Energy goes where the potential for change is.

What working together looks like

01.

Intro session

  • Free, 30–45 min. No obligations.
  • We get to know each other and check whether your topic suits coaching – and whether the conversation flows well between us.
  • Not sure whether your topic is “right” for coaching? That’s the most common question – and that’s exactly what the free intro session is for.

02.

Contract

  • We agree on the goal of the process, the number of sessions, and the ground rules – including full confidentiality.
  • If the coaching is funded by an employer, the sponsor knows the goals of the process, never the content of the conversations.

03.

Sessions

  • Usually 6–10 meetings of about 60 minutes, every 2–3 weeks.
  • Online or in person (Kraków and the surrounding area).
  • Every session ends with a concrete step to take.

04.

Wrap-up

  • A review of the road from the starting point to the goal, and a plan for sustaining the change on your own.

Ways to work together

FAQ

How is coaching different from the consulting doIT has offered for years?

In consulting, I deliver expertise and recommendations. In coaching – a process and questions, while the client works out the solutions. These are two separate services with a clear boundary; at the start of our work we agree which role I’m in.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes, fully – it’s the foundation of the method and a requirement of the ICF Code of Ethics. This also applies to coaching funded by an employer: the sponsor knows the goals and status of the process, never the content of the conversations.

How do I know whether I need coaching or something else?

That’s what the free intro session is for. If your topic calls for expert knowledge, therapy, or mentoring – I’ll say so openly and, where possible, point you in the right direction.

How long does the process take, and when do results show?

Typically 6–10 sessions over 3–5 months. You take away the first concrete steps from the very first session – each one ends with action, not just reflection.

Do you work online?

Yes – online, as well as in person in Kraków and the surrounding area.

Let's start with a conversation

One free intro session will tell you more about coaching than ten articles.
You'll test the method on your own topic - with no obligations.
